Tohatsu shift shaft seals

I just bought a 92' lower end that does not have any known seal leaks. I was wondering should I go ahead and change the inner and outer shift shaft seals or leave well enough alone.

Don't know your model. However, it's always prudent to replace those often-overlooked shift shaft o-rings, as well as the drivesaft and propshaft seals, when mating an old LU to your motor.
