Time to paint

Guys I need some advice. I just glassed in my deck and almost done sanding ares that need it. I bought white semigloss enamel paint and a gallon of tuff coat with the epoxy primer it calls for. Tuff coat is a nonskid paint. Do I put down the enamel let it dry then scuff up the areas I want to put the nonskid. Confused on how to go about this.

I'd tape off the areas where you want the non skid and paint all the other areas with the enamel first then come back and paint the areas with the non skid. I think you'd get better adhesion directly to the the glass instead of over the top of the enamel. JMHO!!! Remember I AM an Old Dumb Okie so take it for what it's worth!!!!
