Time for a server upgrade!!!!!!

To the admin team.
It's time for you to upgrade your server as it seems severely overworked.
I have been getting a lot of database errors and "sorry the server is too busy" lately, as well as very poor performance (i.e. page load times).
Time to run out to the server store and pick up a new model!!

Well, FWIW, management is very concerned about it and the programming team is hard at it. Give them a day or two and we should be back at full steam.

we are well aware of the problem, it effects the Moderators as much as it does everyone else.
