Tilt and trim wiring?

Ok I went from a 3 wire setup to a 2 wire setup. I bought a used yamaha 2 wire relay set up and need some help on wiring it. If anyone knows or can look at theirs I would appreciate it. I know the blue and green are the switches for up and down. The 4 black leads (2 from each relay) are grounds. That leaves 2 short red wired with ring terminals on the end and a black and a white wire that go to a seperate little connecting posts. I assume that the tilt trim motor wire go on this. Where do the 2 short red wires go? On to a constant 12 volt source?

Correct, red goes to +12V. The blue and green wires will connect to the black and white wires from the relay assembly. If it runs the wrong way, reverse either set of blue and green wires.

Thanks I got it hooked up and think one of the relays is bad. It will go up but not go down. If I reverse the wires and use the up solenoid to take it down and it works. So I will have to get a new one.
