I have no spark on a 1996 25 hp 3 cyl. Evinrude (BE25KLEDC) The stator passes the output tests but nothing from the power pack. The power pack is $350 and the sensor is $150. There is no troubleshooting test in the service manual for the sensor. All i can tell is the encoder and sensor are clean. The manual actually says to replace both components.....
