T-8 Wont' Idle

Last week...I went out and fished a 35 degree day. Don't ask me why!<br /><br />Fired up my 2004 T-8 and it initially ran fine. The next time I started it, it wouldn't idle and just died. It runs fine at rpm's, but when throttle is released it just goes dead.<br /><br />Has electric start. Any ideas?<br /><br />Mark

sounds like a bit of trash in the old carb. those passages are incredibly tiny. try with the hood off to use your hand to restrict air through the airbox and see if you can keep it running that way, if you can its definatly a leanout.
