switch panel wiring

How exactly do you wire this.. i was exhausted when i tried to wire it and have the biggest brain fart so i need some quick help guys.

I suspect the round objects to the right of the switches are either fuses or push button type circuit breakers. Therefore the single wire at the bottom right is the +12 volt feed to the panel (12 volts input). That single wire feeds all of the switches. The black wires are the +12 volt OUTPUT to whatever device the switch controls.
