After hours (& hours
) of reading & research, I finally decided I'd like to use this
paint for my '84 Thundercraft Resto. The main reason they won out was the vast array
of colours available and I was planning on using 3 on my boat.
Now I discover that if I order this it may be denied entry at the Canadian
border (told this by a local retailer who obviously would prefer I buy his over-inflated
priced product). Just wondering if anyone has tried (successfully OR unsuccessfully)
to import "Revolution" into Canada, or know of an authorized Canadian distributor.
I was exchanging e-mails with an employee of "Top Secret Coatings" (supplier of this paint)
for a few weeks, right up to the point of placing an order, but when I e-mailed my
concern with making a credit card purchase which would be denied entry (& I suspect
I would then be left hanging with $500 worth of paint I couldn't access), I have not
received any sort of reply to that query.
