Steering Handle Shift Kit for 6-25hp

Anyone use this shift kit? I need to know where the lubrication points are located. I don't have the instructions.

You mean the "Shotgun Shifter Kit"? I've never seen one, and I worked for the dealer.

F_R, is that the one where you shifted by moving the throttle control back and forth ??

Yeah, twist for throttle, slide for shift.

I found the kit on shop.evinrude.com and believe it or not all the parts are still available for it. Not the kit though.

Yeah that's it. Kits are on ebay. I bought it in a lot of parts and it had no instructions. The shifting is too slow. It's plastic on plastic inside the handle

I don't own the kit, nor do I know where the lubrication points are. I do have a picture from the 1974 Johnson Accessories brochure where the kit is rigged on a new 6 horse.
