start up for cabin cruiser toilet

What are the proper steps to getting the toilet ready for use......just bought boat...all works except toilet and sink....need a step by step account on how to prime..etc...tks.

hand pump rig...just not familiar with start up procedure...not sure of maker.....

Open the valve feeding the toilet, if it is feed by a thru hull, or fill water tank if feed by fresh water system. Most hand pump type use a thru hull. Then start pumping, it will bring the water up and in.
