Service bulletin and manual verification help

Sorry to bother you more knowledgeable folks.

I have an issue I don't recall running into before.

I believe I have the correct manual but a couple things don't seem correct.

Could someone post the correct manual # or revision number for above motor?

Does anyone have the ability to see if there were oil pump system service bulletins or supplental manuals?

That's what I dont get. This is a carbed 6cyl not injected. And the serial number is 1bxxx not 0gxxx. I thought we had all the manuals through 2008 but none seem to fit.
Anyways, have you seen one of these merc oil pumps fail to the point where it forces oil back into the tank?

It seems to ha gotten past the primer bulb. I pumped over 1 and 1/2 qts out till it ran clear good gas. Fuel line is 4 ft long. Bulb is 18incjes from the motor fittings right before the pump.
