Service - 1988 Evinrude 70HP VRO - E70TLCCA

Hi All

I'd like to service my 1988 Evinrude 70HP VRO - E70TLCCA outboard, but have never done anything like this before. I've watched a few YouTube videos and looks like something I could do.

What is a list of things I need to do for a service?
Good website to download a PDF for the service manual?

For me the two things I do is drain and inspect gearcase oil. Looking for signs of water and metal shavings. And the other is to change the water pump impeller.

Do a compression test and write down the numbers for future reference.

Thats all folks mesure compresion,change impeler,change oil,change spark plugs and check the cables
