Serpentine belt replacement

I have a 1999 Mercruiser 4.3 Litre Thunderbolt Ignition 190 HP Alpha 1, Generation 2 on an 18ft Mariah. I am trying to figure out how to remove and replace the serpentine belt. It is very wide open and doesn't seem to have any obstructions to changing it. I appreciate any insight you guys might have. This is the first time I will be trying it.

Ayuh,... Welcome Aboard,....

1 of the idler pulleys is spring mounted, 'n has a hole for a 1/2" drive racket to pull the tension off the belt...

Bondo is thinking about automotive or Volvo, Merc is a bit different.
