need to replace the floor in my boat, I have cut 3 holes in it to check the stringers and they seem fine how much material will I need for a floor that is 5 1/2 feet wide and 10 feet long? The bow and raised deck is fine so I will replace from in front of the CC to the back. and then rhino line it later in the year.
Any idea on the cost for the material? except the rhino liner

Looks like 3 sheets but a lot of waste, 4'x8' sheets, looks like you will have to cut 2 sheets at 5'6" and you will have a 2'x5 1/2' piece to cut from the third one for the bow.

Re: rough guess

Hey
It takes about a gallon of resin for one side of 4X8 sheet so you need 8 yards of fiberglass mat or cloth to cover 3 sheets and 3 gallons of resin

hope it helps

Dom

Re: rough guess

What i'm doing with mine is just sealing the bottom side of the floor then glassing the top side, everyone seems to think if you incase the plywood in glass it will dry rot.
