Started with a clean bright deck and lots of sandpaper and paint.
Cut hole in deck to run the Cables Wires and what ever is required.
Sand floor and gunnels.
Two good coats of primer and gunnels and two good coat of oil base paint cut rug to fit and glue.
Run cables and wires
Then place seat and CC to see what it looks like.

almost painful to see all that shiny go under the rug. i thought that's where ya were supposed to sweep the dirt? but if Da Chief happy.........

boat is lookin great!

The last two days !!!!!!!!
Work On the Suzuki DT 75.
New spark plugs compression test finished 127 to 128 PSI in each cylinder.:joyous:
Fuel pump rebuilt new fuel filter.
Water pump changed.
Lower unit oil changed and PT is good on lower unit.
Carburetors pulled striped & dipped and rebuilt.
New gas lines, vacuum lines, oil lines and oil check valves replaced.
New oil and fresh gas in the tank, she purrs like a kitten :cool:

Rivet nuts are shipped and should arrive today. Now I can install the CC and Swing back seat to the Alum Deck.

This weekend will be spent with the Queen so no working on the boat.

After 12 years in the shop without even turning it over, It's back in the land of the living.

Still working, slow and steady wins the race in my book and it also keeps Murphy off your back.

I finished up the steering but I just could not leave well enough alone I just had to do a little customizing.

I went through the splash well with brass fittings and went with stainless braded hoses to the hydraulic cylinder.

Wow that floor is really something. Don't worry, I'm representing the CT branch of old starcrafts until you get her on the water! Do you boat LIS? I get a lot of comments from people when I go out, I think it's nostalgic to a lot of people, someone's uncle or whatever always had one in the 70s

I also finished the gages and all the wiring under the CC.

Also Installed the T-top but still have to wire the lights on it.

Finished the bow deck and installed a hatch, lots & lots of room in there for ropes & anchors & a spare prop

Keg of beer and I think a dog or two might even fit. LOL

I am still trying to post pictures Help !!!!!!!!
