remove old carpet

What is the best way to get old carpet and glue out of a bassboat,has anyone ever tried the spray can bedliner like u get at wallmart?

rip out what you can, then and angle grinder, with a brass wire wheel, to get the goo. mask, goggles, longsleeves. air compressor is nice to blow off.

never tried the spray can liner.

use brass, rather than steel, the little chips that wear of don't rust.

Sounds like a lot of work,how much does it cost to get carpet put in 16 ft bassboat?
