Rebuild valve body

i have a 1983 mariner 80hp trim and tilt that I am told the valve body has problems. Can I get a kit to rebuild it or is it just a matter of take apart and replace o rings? Thanks for your time, Tim.

I imagine it could if you had all the pressure settings and tools to set them up...
