Re finishing alumunn window frams

What is the best way to refinish painted alumunn window frams.I will be removing them so as to recork them in place and the paint needs to be refinished.

Most Aluminum window Frames are Anodized......<br /><br />Nothing likes to Stick to it.....Including Paint........<br /><br />If they've Already been painted,... All you can do is Prep.(sanding),+ Paint them.......<br /><br />If your Prep. work is Good,.... It Might Stick.....
