What percent prop slippage is considered acceptable for a 16' bass boat powered by a 90 hp evinrude?

Mean 15,<br /><br />How fast does your boat go and what size and pitch prop do you use? I have a small fish and ski boat 16 footer with a 1989 Evinrude SPL V-4 and goes 47 mph with a full tank 10 gallons my wife and two kids. By myself I could get 50 MPH and I have a 12 3/4 X 21 prop on it. Let me know.

I have a 13.35 x 18 Raker prop and my top speed is 42gps.
