prop pitch?

I have a 16 ft' open bow with a merc 120 I assume it has original prop. Has a little damage, a chunk is missing about 1/4" X 1" off of one of the blades. The question is if I want to pull a skier out faster do I want one with more/less pitch for more torque?

less pitch= more power. but be sure you don't go too low cause
wide open RPM will go up and you don't want to exceed the max
