I know it's pretty much guesswork at this point (boat isn't in the water yet) but any help would be appreciated.<br /><br />What would your best guess be on the prop pitch required for a 1999 Yamaha 50. I just bought the engine used to put on a 15' center console that I'm building. The boat is a V hull and 50hp is the maximum HP rating according to the designer. (Bateau.com) 25 hp is the recommended HP but I found a good deal on the 50. Interested more in a good hull shot and fuel economy than top end speed. <br /><br />I appreciate any suggestions anyone might have.
