Hi all,
i have a trophy 2052 with a mercruiser 4.3L TKS engine, freshwater cooled. It presently has a 15 x 17 aluminum prop on it. I hit max RPM at WOT and need to replace it. i was thinking about a stainless prop. what do you guys have on your 2052? also, there is lots info on what rpm you should have at WOT when you choose a prop, but not much info on what RPM you should cruise at. SO - what RPM do you guys cruise at? what speed to you get?
i appreciate the advice from all you experts out there ...

Re: Prop for a Trophy 2052

Carlos, I use a 19" prop on my 2052 with the 4.3L. I have a ss prop and aluminum. Both props top out at around 4400rpm, my gps says top speed is 38. My 2052 feels alittle quicker with the ss prop. I believe the boat came new with an aluminum 19" prop.
