Power Pack for 1976 55 hp Johnson

I stumbled across an old post from 2002 where a guy was looking for a power pack for the same engine as mine and Joe Reeves and Allen1960 posted that they may have one. Can either of you guys, or anyone else, out there maybe help me find a power pack for my old Johnson. I contacted my local dealer and he said that he couldn't get one for an engine that old.

That's rediculous. they should have no problem getting one. But nevertheless, you still need one. Tell your dealer you need part number 581397. Or try this site: $65.00

That old two year difference in the same pack for a decade what an idiot.
