posting help please

Been gone for awhile. Something has changed or I am getting to old and losing my memory. I can not figure out how to reply to a thread. Where is POST A REPLY or REPLY to this THREAD. It is really getting me aggrivated. What am I missing?
Obviously I can find the POST NEW THREAD. Thanks for your time guys. BTW, I have to wait till SAT. to see 70F, have not used the boat in close to 2 weeks and am getting cabin fever. FRED

Guess I am a dummy. Went back and checked the thread and it is labled CLOSED. It does go back to 2004. FRED

Don't feel bad, it took me a few days to get used to the new site.
At first, when I reply to a thread it was in a small window, too small to see.

I finally figured out if I double click, it opens to a larger window!
