Step one...compression test.
Step two...open air gap spark test set to 7/16"
Step 3...fuel sample into clear jar, even if it's brand new.
Report back on those. All are a must.
Step 4...if no alarms are sounding run the motor on a known good portable tank and fuel line. Did that solve issue? If no, have someone continually squeeze the bulb while running, does this help?
