I prepared my boat by sanding and priming with zinc chromate. I have "Parker duck boat" paint, and i was just wondering if i can paint right on top of the zinc chromate with this paint?
AS with any paint, using a primer is always best. They make a specially formulated primer for this paint and they say it aids in the adhesion for aluminum. If I was doing it, I'd use the primer too. But like I always say...It's your boat and you can do as you see best.
