Ox66 puff blue smoke at idle

Lately my 2000 ox66 150hp would give a puff of blue smoke.
It only happen when I launch the boat and idle out about 15 second.
My rpm would drop from 600 rpm to 400 rpm and a puff blue smoke almost stall out. Then I would clear up after a few second . The motor would run fine again.
I have just change the LP fuel pump and vst filter and water and fuel separator
And clean o2 sensor a few month ago also new spark plug.
Anyone experience this or any info regarding to this.

Sounds like a lean sneeze. Mix a full bottle of Ringfree in a gallon of gas and run it through the engine

I have been running ring free every time I get gas.
It doesn't sound like a sneeze. It's almost like it sucking
extra oil . Then It'll clear up in a few second . It only happen
Everytime I launch the boat.
