The motor will not start up with cover on. If I take the cover off and crank it, it turns over and will run for a while. I think I have an air flow problem but cannot find anything out of place. Thought it could be an air filter but did not find one on the motor. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I am a disabled veteran so I don't have the money to throw around to fix my boat. I am trying to do it myself. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
