On Board Computer / History?

Recently saw online that some Mercury outboards have an onboard computer which will log run history and fault history. How can I figure out if mine has that capability?
1999 150 Mercury EFI OG944979

Ask your Mercury dealer. He'd be the one normally excessing it.
