Need to know how to bleed & synchronize hydraulic steering on OMC Sea Drive 2.7 twin engine<br />Help!

Is the sync valve (square aluminum piece with hoses attached) still there?

Yes, the sync valve is still there. Any help would be greatly appreciated. None of the dealers in this area are familiar with the procedure to bleed & sync steering.
