Trying to replace the O-rings in the stock female hose side connectors. Got the one that seals around the male - it's a #11 7/16" x 9/16" 1/16" thick. The one that stops the fuel in the hose from spilling when hose is disconnected is tougher to match as you're really running blind in there. I tried a #108 but that won't go in. I'm going to try a #106 which is 3/16" x 3/8" 3/32" thick. Knowing what size will fix these would be handy as the few marine places that will carry them want a fortune and they're not always available when you need one. Anyone know for sure what that inner O-ring size is? I've been back to the hardware store three times; I'll try once more!

Harbor Freight sells an o ring kit, actually 3-4 kits.
They sell metric, ASE then the ones that are fuel resistant .
Remove the old and measure it.

I was wrong about the #108 ring for the shut-off plunger; I had the wrong size it wasn't a 108! The 108 is 1/4" ID x 7/16" OD x 3/32" thick. I got a decent seal using that but I'm going to try a #201 which is 3/16" ID x 7/16" OD x 1/8" thick.
