Numbers on prop - 1991 30 HP Evinrude

What is the second number for that is stamped/cast in my propeller ? The prop is aluminum 10X15. There is also a 3122T on the hub. What is it for? The number seems to be cast in like the dia/pitch number.

I think your correct on the 10X15,,,other may be a part #
