No spark issue 125 hp force (1988)

I bought this bayliner with a force 125hp motor, said it ran...years ago, I can't get it to turn over with the key. I'm using a remote start switch wired to the solenoid. I only have the main battery wires hooked up. Is there somewhere I need to run a hot wire to give the ignition power?

Bayliner???Force??? Year,make,model,serial#s.
Not turning over from the switch.
The neutral safety switch needs adjusting?
The boat should have a hot wire to the dash?
Any stray wires?
There might be a fuse under the dash??

I need to wire it at the motor. The deck is so shot I'm not safe to step on it to get under the dash for a wire.
