I aquired this boat as a package deal of others and am trying to get it running and give it to my Father in Law so he has a little fishing boat. Anyway It's been sitting for a while and By the smell of the fuel it's been a few years, We have Fresh fuel in the tank, Removed carb bowl and cleaned (did not do a full cleaning yet) Will run on Carb Spray but if I remove the fuel line from the fuel pump no fuel is coming to the carb, I checked the line to the pump from the engine and don't feel any pulse? Is the pulse to the pump a noticeable thing any way to check it? Compression is 120 in both cylinders. Thanks for any advice
