Just stopping in to say hello.
I've owned an 82 Capri for the last 3 years. It is in need of some tlc but what toy doesn't?

From the color patterns it looks like a '87-'89, are you sure it's an '82?

From the colors and the trailer, I'm almost positive it's an '89. However, I don't think those side windows are original. What are the last 2 digits of the HIN?

I don't have the boat here right now (still in storage) so I can't get the #.
The registration said it was an 82..who knows. It has (had) 3 seats in a row, none in the back.
I wondered about the windshield..it's ugly as sin. It's not homemade because it was pre drilled for the snaps for the cover..
Yes the floor is squishy in front of the seats in the center. It's on the to do list.

Well regardless of the exact year ....... take a look at out restoration forum to learn how to properly check the transom for weakness and what you might be facing with the deck repair.

I have a 75 hp Evinrude on it and it didn't land in my lap yet..hopefully the transom isn't bad. lol
