New impeller but still no water??? AQ125A/270

I'm saposed to go on vacation with boat tomarrow. I am not getting any water into my impeller. I pulled black hose from neck on outdrive and blew on it and it held pressure. Put it back on and tightened it very hard drolled leg in bucket but still no flow to heat exchanger. My nieghbors are looking at me now due to high levals of screaming and ranting at the morons that designed so many places for the system to suck air in. Am I screwed at this point for my vacation?

Maybe a little history about the boat and the "No water" issue.

What have you done so far?

Have you backflushed anything to check for blockage?
