New boater here, 1976 beachcraft

Hello, I've recently bought a 1976 beachcraft runabout. Not sure on the exact model but I got a pretty good deal on it. She needs a little work, for sure, but definitely a cool little boat that I'm stoked to bring back. I attached pics of under the deck before and after cutting most of the foam out of it. Also, if anybody knows a thing or 2 about beachcraft boats I'm all ears over here.

All that skeleton support is going to be wood, and in all probability will be rotten. Cut one the fiberglass and remove the router wood and replace with solid wood and reglass them into place.. Fiberglass itself is not strong enough to support the hull, good solid wood is required. Nice looking boat, but you do have some very messy and nasty fiberglass work ahead of you..good luck and keep us posted.
