; Tracker has made a marketing push touting their no haggle pricing. Not sure if Lowe has done the same, but they are both entry level lines and consequently entertain many tire kickers. Whether their pricing is negotiable depends on whom you ask and how serious you are when asking. A general price inquiry of a manufacturer or dealer will likely yield a perfunctory response because they will assume you are merely another one of the aforementioned tire kickers. However, if you really want to determine negotiability do your homework, pick out what you want, and make an offer. That's when you'll get the real answer to your question.
