Its on a Ranger Model 393V 150 HP
Serial # ROB26999 Z ( or a 2) Hard to read

Believe its a 92 model

Looked everywhere and cant find where to decode for the size shaft.

Any help would be great

Thanks Mike

Question is will this complete motor and drive below fit on this boat?

Want to put a different 25 inch shaft V6 engine on it including drive.
Serial # J5704896
Model # J235TX (O) NE ( Not sure if thats a zero or a O )

The model numbers, not the serial numbers tell you the shaft length. At least from 1980 onwards.

No letter to indicate shaft length = standard 15"
L= long 20"
X= extra long 25"

But if you measure from the top of the transom to the cavitation plate above the prop you'll be within an inch of one of the above.
