My boat is a 79 Glastron 16 foot trihull bowrider powered by a 78 Evinrude 85hp with an aluminum prop approximately 13 inches in diameter. The prop is banged up and I am trying to figure out the proper replacement. There is a stamping R5323 on the prop hub under the prop nut. I would appreciate any suggestions for a suitable replacement prop. Thanks in advance. Joe

Can't seem to figure out the prop specs from that number...

Suggest you try the prop calculation sheet on www.dorthe.homepage.dk to get an idea.

Your gear ratio is 2:1 and your rpm at wot is 4500-5500. Based on what rpm you reach at wot you can decide what prop you need (1" up in pitch equals 200 rpm down - and vice versa). A good prop shop should lend you a couple of test props.
