Mine cut out like the kill switch was pulled and the fuel primer bulb felt normal. Pull the fuel line off at the engine connector and pump the bulb about 5 times. That will flush the ethanol gum from the bulb valves and the stream should be very strong. If not you can pull the ends out of the bulb to clean the valves. That fixed my last "electrical" problem.
