Does anyone know what the smallest and largest V-4 made during the time was?

90-140

For crossflow motors, the most powerful was the 140HP. The blocks are the same external size for 90, 100, 115 and 140.

The big bore looper V4 starting in 1988 is the largest displacement.

Outside of the model number and motor cover is there any way to tell which one I have by looking at parts or something.
