zmoz, Concrats on the weight loss. That is not an easy thing to do. I am an exercise specialist, that works for a local hospital. Be careful about skipping meals to lose weight. The most sucessful weight losers eat multiple small meals. You are doing great keep it up. Now might be a good time to start a good exercise program. Start slow and work your way up. When you loose a lot of fat you also loose muscle. So a good weight lifting routime might help. Start with light weights and higher reps, about 15. Start with one set, increase sets as you go. Also do a cardiovasular routine, you know walking, cycling, swimming,ect. Try to accumulate 30 minutes a day. You have done a great job so far, but if you are skipping meals to loose a few extra, you are not doing yourself any favors. Try an exercise program instead.
