my 150hp johnson 1995 gas pouring out of carbs like a river

i have a 1995 johnson that im having trouble with. the fuel just gas just pours out when your turning the key ,i tried rebuilding them , but still pouring out like a river ,please help.

Can you tell where it's leaking exactly?

youve got sticky floats or needles.
have you made sure you have float level correct ?

its leaking out of the two top carbs. its a 150 hp. v 6 1995 ,all 6 carbs were just rebuilt by the marine and got them back put them and and same thing happened.
