Help!

I have a Motorguide "Brute" trolling motor, Model #550 45 lb thrust, 12/24 volt. I need the 4 rubber expansion plugs that sit between the top of the bow and the bottom of the mounting bracket. Any help would be greatly appreciated! By the way, bass fishing at Lake Georgetown, TX has picked up so if y'all are in the area, give it a look!

Thanks,
Jeff

I've got the same setup, how do those screws/mounts work exactly? I bought it used and didn't have any hardware so I just used long bolts.

I mounted it on the front of a pontoon boat...

Those rubber mounts are called "well nuts" and they are available here on iBoats, Cabela's, BAss Pro and even the good old Mom & Pop hardware stores have them. They have a rubber flange at the top and a nut embedded in the other end. You drill a hole, push in the well nut, set the bracket on the well nut and insert the bolt. Makes a nice cushion for the motor as it reduces noise and vibration.

Interesting, so how does it stay secure on the floor? Does the rubber well nut expand when you screw the bolt down into it?
