Motor clicking on 65 Evinrude Triumph

I possibly ran a gas mixture with insufficient oil mix (not 50:1) At the end of the 6 gallon mix the motor started to click, similar to the sound a Ford will make that is low on oil. Took it back to the launch and power slowly receeded until it just stopped. I removed the boat and brought it home to work on. Possibly, bent valves or something, I am not sure.

Don't "work on" it until you have gotten and studied a Service Manual, Mike.<br /><br />Sounds like your engine siezed from overheat or underlube.<br /><br />Once you have the manual let us know what you find and what questions you may have.<br /><br />Moving this to Evinrude troubles.
