More horsepower

I have a 200 Mercury Salt Water carb engine (2002). It is now out of warranty and I want to do some external engine mods to get more horsepower. Can someone help me or direct me to a site that will help. <br />Thanks.

Thanks Guys, but there is not much info there except for balancing and polishing. <br />Nothing about tuning, reeds, carb jets, etc.
