Mon Ark 215 SunLounger with Merc 5.0, year 2002 Good Buy?

Hello I am about to purchase a Mon Ark 215 Sun Lounger with Merc 5.0 20 ft 4 in long. Is this a good boat? I am looking to have the kids tube and Ski off of this as well as have about 5-6 adults in the boat as well. Also the price tag is 9,000. Is this a good purchase? Anything I should look out for?
