Hi everyone, picked up this 14' a couple weeks ago and need to get her ready to fish by the end of May. I have been in the middle of a rebuild over in the Starcraft section so I will be working on both now. Sounds like fun uh? The immediate plans for this boat are a new transom and some front decking. I believe this is a DeepFisherman model. It has three knee braces on the transom and the barely readable CG tag rated at 35HP. I have the original side console w/steering wheel for it also. It will be setup right now for tiller steer with a 15HP Johnson. I love the looks of these 12' & 14' MC's and have been looking for a blue one for a long time. A few pics of progress so far and when I brought it home.

Progress is being made. The old transom game out fine and was good for a template. Cut out 2 pieces of 3/4" exterior ply and clamped them together with PL Premium. The deck pieces have all been sanded down and test fit. Transom and deck are in the process of getting 5 coats of spar varnish. Picked up a MinnKota battery box to just simplfy the wiring, it will be mounted up front for added weight up there with cables run in pvc to the back. Hope to get deck and transom back in this100_1385.jpg100_1388.jpg100_1394.jpg100_1396.jpg100_1391.jpg weekend. Also had 6 holes to patch from previous transducers. Heres a few pics.
