Minn Kota i pilot i need help

What is the good and bad. have they had any problems. I have a stratos 1700 FL flats boat it is 16' 4" will a 55# be enough to pull it. thanks

I have an 80#Terrova with I Pilot on the bow of my 18' Duckworth. It has worked perfectly for me in the first year that I've owned it, although I really haven't put it through its paces yet. It moves my boat just fine!

Yeah, I wouldn't go any less than 24 volts on any bow-mount,...

Just my personal preference,.......

I have an 80# I-pilot and love it, not sure if I would go smaller though. Calm water and not run for long periods of time and it may work well though.
